Understanding the Vacuum Forming Process:

The limitations of vacuum forming are that undercuts are not normally possible and a degree of taper on any vertical face is usually warranted.

The company has 6 large blister machines, 1 double station thick film blister machine, 12 engraving machines (CNC), laser machines and other processing equipment, and the processing size can reach 3000 * 2000 * 700mm;

Packing instructions:

1. Packaging according to customer requirements;

2, each product will be separated by PE or pearl cotton foam to avoid friction and scratch between products.

3. Use carton packaging; If the pallet is required to be transported, each pallet will be wound with PE film to increase the stability of the pallet;

4. If the product is special, we will add a wooden frame outside the carton to better protect the product;

Shipping:

1. Bulk cargo shall be transported by sea or train, and samples shall be transported by air;

2. Port: Shenzhen or Guangzhou;

1. Due to the particularity of vacuum blister process, Blister products generally have uneven thickness and R-angle at the edge of the product. Customers need to have this understanding when adopting this process. The size and appearance of Blister products are not as fine as injection molded products, so please do not use the standard of injection molded products as the inspection standard of Blister products.

2. The customer must provide the factory with 3D drawings and PDF documents, so that the factory can accurately evaluate the products and quote in time.

3. The materials we use are ROHS environmental protection materials, and the general colors are white and black. If there are special color requirements, please specify. However, the minimum order quantity for special colors is generally 3 tons.

4. At the same time, please clarify whether the materials need flame retardant or anti-static, specific packaging requirements, and whether the quotation includes tax, ex factory price or FOB price.

•   2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

           After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If we have the mold machine you asked for,we can make the sample in three days.Or we will make new mold machine for you.It will take about 7~15 days.

•   3. What is the cost for the samples and molding charge?

             The sample charge and molding charge is collected according to your modles.We will refound it to you when your total quantity is big enough.Or we will afford part of sample or molding charge for you.

•   4. What is your payment terms?

           It is better that 30% prepaid as the deposit,the rest 70% be paid before shipping By T/T.We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.

•  5.What about the lead time for mass production?

          Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.Usually it is 15~30days after confirming the sample and getting your deposit.

•   6.How can i know if my goods have been shipped?

          Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. I will send you the B/L number,you can check out the shipping any time.
