Production Line
BST is approximately a 10-minute drive from Humen High-Speed Railway Station, with convenient transportation. The total area of the entire factory building is over 5000 square meters.
Relying on the advantage of a complete industrial chain in the Pearl River Delta, the company has a group of suppliers and partners with good credit and stable quality. With comprehensive capabilities covering product research and development, drawing design, mold manufacturing, product processing and surface treatment, we are capable of providing customers with all-round thick plate vacuum forming processing solutions.
The factory owns:
- 6 thick sheet vacuum forming machines and 11 CNC machining centers. The maximum processing size is 2600*1600*800MM, and the sheet thickness ranges from 1.0 to 12.0MM. The laboratory is equipped with impact, tensile bending and light aging testers.
- With years of production and processing experience, we have been customizing various shapes and sizes of blister products for domestic and foreign customers for a long time.
- We have a complete product R&D and design capability, and can design and manufacture molds based on drawings and samples.
- We have several technicians with over ten years of experience, who can provide rapid and accurate sample production to achieve rapid mass production.
The vacuum-formed products produced by the company have a wide range of applications (customized by customers is accepted) : automotive and furniture accessories, TV rear shells, mechanical equipment shells, sports equipment shells, car shell series, display stands, freezer shells, tray series, etc.
